Like many businesses throughout the nation, the brewing community has been profoundly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to help maintain their payrolls and navigate the uncertainty, however, brewery owners/operators have been able to claim the Employee Retention Credit (ERC).
Like the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), ERC is a form of Covid Relief offered to employers who kept employees on the payroll throughout the pandemic. Unlike the PPP, however, you can still claim ERC credit.
In this webinar designed for brewery owners, operations managers and accountants, attorneys Rebecca Sheppard, Esq. and Tina Azarvand, Esq. from Frost Law, will discuss how businesses can claim the refundable credit of up to $26,000 per employee.
Topics will include:
- What the ERC is
- How to determine your business’ eligibility for the credit and how much you qualify to receive
- How to claim the credit for 2020 and 2021
Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions during a Q&A session, but if you have a specific question you’d like addressed during the webinar, please submit it when you register for this free event.
