Introduction to Craft Beer Law

Craft breweries face a complex, highly specific regulatory environment on a daily basis. Designed for brewers and attorneys, the goal of this course is to teach you how to successfully and effectively launch a brewery within the laws encompassing the craft beer industry. Through a mixture of lecture and interactive group activities, you will learn the justifications for regulating craft beer, tools for navigating the regulatory system and an understanding of current policy issues such as market fairness and legislative efforts. By the end of the course, you will be able to successfully navigate the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and attendant regulations.
