Quarter Academic Credit

If you've been planning to earn your Professional Human Resources (PHR®) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) designation, now is the time to enroll in this updated and expanded Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) exam preparation course.

Many human resource professionals find they have a professional edge after passing the national Professional in Human Resources or Senior Professional in Human Resources certification exams offered by the Human Resource Certification Institute. Prepare yourself for the exam as you investigate strategic management practices, workforce planning and employment, total rewards, compensation and benefits, human resource development, employee and labor relations, occupational health, safety, security and risk management.

Under the mentorship of the instructor, groups of students will research and study a specific course content area, and then present that content area to their classmates.

Expect to spend eight to 10 hours of study time per week in addition to classroom time in order to successfully complete the national certification exam. For more information about certification, or recertification, visit the HRCI website at www.hrci.org.
