This overview provides insight into the major environmental programs and permitting requirements governing industrial processes and activities. Learn about the specific regulations pertaining to air and water quality, climate change, toxic materials, hazardous wastes, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and green chemistry. Significant emphasis is given to the key elements of the regulatory programs from compliance and auditing perspectives.
