We Make Online Instruction Easy
Whether you’re moving your in-person course to an online format or making updates to a class that’s already online, the Online Instructional Support (OIS) team is here to help. Make us your first stop!
We offer the following services:
- Technical Consultation Appointments — Our dedicated Online Instructional Support Team can support your instructional planning and delivery before you teach. Schedule a one-on-one appointment to receive training, conduct a “dry run” of your class or just refresh your knowledge of online instruction (please schedule at least two weeks in advance of your first live class session).
- “On Call” Support — We’re available for on-call access to technical support (including during live, in-class emergencies). Note: this mailbox is closely monitored, and someone will reach out to you immediately upon receipt of your message.
- Technology “Check-ins” — We can provide as-needed drop-ins before your class starts to make sure you and your students are set up for success.
