Mindfulness: Making Peace with Yourself
How do we cultivate peace? Peace within ourselves, peace with others and peace with a world in crisis? This course will offer us ways to practice connecting with an
inner refuge that is always available to us. Instructions will be scaffolded with lessons that gently develop a deepening of our understanding and experience of
how mindfulness can support our experiences in our everyday lives with others and with ourselves.

Enrollment Policies
There will be no service charge for withdrawal requests prior to the beginning of the Winter quarter. As of January 10, 2024, all withdrawal requests are subject to a $20 processing fee. No refunds are given for a withdrawal once a course has begun.
OLLI FIELD TRIP COURSE FEES are not refundable once you have enrolled unless your vacancy can be filled by someone on the wait list.
