In order to participate in the Project Management Fast Track Certificate Program, you must complete six required program courses and be prepared to take up to two courses per quarter.

To participate in the Project Management Fast Track Certificate Program, you will take one to two courses each quarter, starting in Spring 2024 and ending in Fall 2024. You must be available to take the online sections listed below.
To sign up for the Fast Track option, enroll in this section, pay for the program (at the discounted Fast Track rate) and you will be enrolled in the courses listed below.
Students who need to change from the set course plan as outlined below will have to withdraw from the Fast Track program and are subject to additional fees. Students must achieve a grade of C or higher (not a C minus) in order for the course to count towards the certificate requirements.

Enrollment Policies

Students enrolled in the Fast Track series receive a discounted program fee. If your plans change, a request to drop (or transfer) to another offering of a series or course must be received within two weeks of the course start date.

Refund deadline: 4/15/2024. Refunds and/or enrollment transfers will not be approved after this date.

Vickie Cleary

is an information technology management professional with extensive experience leading organizations, teams, programs, pursuits and projects. Calling upon her comprehensive knowledge, skills and abilities in both network and application technologies, Ms. Cleary has successfully captured and led delivery for very large enterprise systems technology initiatives for both public and private sector entities throughout the United States.

Ms. Cleary is a recognized subject matter expert in project and program management as well as organizational change management and business process re-engineering. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master (CSM) and Change Management Professional (CMP), who relies on proven industry standards and best practices to successfully lead teams and organizations through pursuit and delivery for very large systems technology projects and programs. Ms. Cleary has been recognized by government and Fortune 100 companies for her ability to successfully lead skilled teams through project and program lifecycles to deliver complex information systems.

Ms. Cleary has been a featured speaker at Project Management Institute and Association of Change Management conferences. She is a also a contributor to the Project Management Body of Knowledge.

Karri Eggers

Karri Eggers, MBA, PMP®, has led project management teams both domestically and internationally for more than 25 years. She is currently a PMO Executive at Adventist Health, and previously served as the COO at SHELTER, Inc., where she served as a non-profit leader providing strategy, process improvement and mission critical project oversight. Her previous experience includes oversight of implementations and client services to Fortune 500 companies for B2B applications and financial services companies for online lending and banking. Karri is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Rochelle Furtah

Rochelle Furtah, PMP®, has provided project management consulting and training to a variety of private and public organizations for more than 25 years. Her primary areas of focus are oversight, enterprise project management, organization change management and developing virtual teams. Furtah’s principal areas of advisement include enterprise project management, Project Management Office implementation, methodologies and handbook development, planning and scheduling, risk analysis, performance analysis, progress reporting and maintaining stakeholder relations.

Linda Lansky

Linda Lansky is a project management consultant who has provided project management services and training for more than 15 years. Her projects have included the California Healthcare Eligibility, Enrollment, and Retention System (CalHEERS) and California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) deployment of the SOMS project (Strategic Offender Management System). Linda has a Bachelors degree in education from Vermont College and is an alumnus of the UC Davis Extension Project Management Certificate Program. She has been certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) since 2001.

Laura Munro

Laura Munro is a senior project manager with more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology at a Fortune 100 company. She is an expert in technical system and infrastructure implementations and has been publically recognized for her global leadership abilities. Munro has a reputation for expertise in business functions and concepts that underlie many project management processes. She currently holds a position with the State of California.

Nancy Nichols

Nancy Nichols, PMP®, is a project and management consultant who focuses on communication, training, project methodology and oversight. She has more than 20 years of experience with particular expertise in conversion and implementation projects in the areas of banking and financial services, state and local governments, nonprofits, social services and education.

Tony Oliver

Tony Oliver is a Senior Manager with Aetna, a CVS Company. He has two decades of experience in business process improvement, supply chain/demand planning, pricing, marketing, product development and project management with stints at Intel, Cisco Systems, AMS (now CGI) and as a project management consultant. He was recognized as the Intel 2015 Instructor of the Year for his courses on project management, storytelling and presentation skills and received the 2018-19 UC Davis CPE "Outstanding Service Award" for Best Instructor. Oliver is a Project Management Professional (PMP®), Risk Management Professional (RMP®), Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP™).
