Winery Sanitation
Proper winery sanitation is a crucial aspect of quality wine production. The sanitation cycle will occur very often throughout the winemaking process, so it is essential to learn the proper tools and methods to ensure product quality and worker safety. Through online lectures and live discussions, this course examines the importance of having a good sanitation program and training, as well as how to incorporate it into the workplace. By the end of the class, you will learn to navigate sanitation issues in the workplace, develop preventive measures for them, and implement a robust sanitation program in their work environment.

This is an online, remote learning course, which consists of content and curriculum that is taught with pre-recorded and real time lectures, in addition to a real-time Q&A session with the instructors. Pre-recorded lectures and live sessions are accessed via our Canvas learning system and Zoom.
