Discounts

Note: Proof of membership or employment is required at the time of enrollment to receive one of the following discounts. Discounts cannot be combined and are not retroactive.

To enroll, email proof of employment or membership to cpeinfo@udavis.edu. Then, call (530) 757-8777 or (800) 752-0881 to complete your enrollment. 

Early Enrollment

Some courses offer a discount for enrolling by the early enroll deadline. To see if the course you are interested in offers an early enrollment discount, view the course description and look for "Special Discounts." Then select the Early Enroll discount in the shopping cart when enrolling online. The early enroll discount will be applied when enrolling by phone if you call on or before the early enrollment deadline.   

Special Discounts

Affiliates

Some courses offer a 10% discount to members of affiliate organizations or associations. To see if the course you are interested in offers any affiliation discounts, view the course description and look for "Special Discounts." Some discounts can be applied and paid by credit card online using a coupon code obtained from an affiliate organization. Contact the affiliate organization to confirm the coupon code for the member discount. You also have the option to contact our Student Services office at (800) 752-0881 to request a discount and pay via credit card.

Groups

Some courses offer a 10% discount to groups of three or more people from the same organization enrolling at the same time. All registrations must be submitted at the same time and fees paid with one check, credit card transaction or purchase order. To see if the course you are interested in offers a group discount, view the course description and look for "Special Discounts." Contact Student Services at (800) 752-0881 to request this discount.

UC Davis/UC Davis Health faculty and staff discounts

All current UC Davis career faculty and staff are eligible for the following fee discounts.

20% discount – Save up to $200

All current UC Davis/UC Davis Health career staff and academics are eligible for a 20% discount, up to $200 per course. This discount applies to most UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education and Open Campus courses (see below for exceptions). 

CAAA members and UC Alumni Association Members

Cal Aggie Alumni Association (CAAA) and other UC Alumni Association members may enroll in one UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education or Open Campus Program course per quarter and receive a discount of 10%, up to $100. Proof of membership required at the time of enrollment. CAAA membership is open to anyone. Contact CAAA at (530) 752-0286 for more information. This discount applies to most UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education and Open Campus courses (see below for exceptions).

Discount Exceptions List

The following courses and programs are exempt from the CAAA (10% up to $100) and UCD Staff (20% up to $200) discounts:

  • Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) courses and membership
  • Center for International Education programs 
  • Master’s degree programs
  • Courses priced at $300 or less
  • Fast Track and bundled programs
  • Coursera classes and programs
  • UC Davis Pre-College Program
  • UC Davis Boot Camps
  • Health Professions Post-Baccalaureate Program
