OLLI Members Encouraged to Attend FREE Inaugural UC Davis Health Wellness Academy

Saturdays, October 14 through November 4

The 2023 UC Davis Health Wellness Academy provides an opportunity to hear national and worldwide authorities in wellness discuss current subjects that can help you make decisions in living your best and healthiest life. Professors, scientists, and other leading experts will speak on areas affecting wellbeing, such as movement and resilience, healthy eating and agriculture, the microbiome and mindset:

Offered by UC Davis Health, each virtual session will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. PDT on Saturdays, October 14 through November 4.
